I just got one for my birthday and I was wondering what some cool downloads were for wallpapers, music, dock, icons. stuff like that. I'm just looking for some fun stuff to download

Bowtie is a cool app that sits on your desktop and shows album art and other info for whatever is playing. Heaps of different downloadable skins.

Geektool is another for your desktop that can display time, date, weather, news, to do lists, and heap of other shit. Fully customizable but a bit complicated.

you should probs check out Deviantart for wallpapers...

Its just a user uploaded art site, but you can find some sick hq wallpapers in there.
