When the original schedule for Kanye West and Jay-Z’s Watch The Throne tour was released it was odd noting that the man with New York City pride that rivals that of Spike Lee left his home city out of the plans. A few months later and Kanye and Jay have added more shows to their tour to accommodate for the popularity of tickets and for the viewing/auditory pleasure of thousands of fans. With two shows added for Madison Square Garden (November 7 and 8), the duo added dates in two other major American cities.
Set to begin their run on October 28, the chart topping album promo will begin at Philips Arena in Atlanta and work its way through the original dates with new stops located in Chicago (November 30) and Los Angeles (December 13). The tickets for the new shows will be available on Ticketmaster.com and LiveNation.com this Friday, October 21 at 10:00am local time.
Expect nothing but the best from The Throne this fall as they are set to launch their already platinum collaboration effort to new heights. Together they’ve earned 27 Grammy Awards and have compiled seventeen #1 selling albums. What more can I say? With a revamped tour schedule Yeezy and Jigga will be stunning North American crowds with their first ever collaboration album and tour.
