KiD CuDi fans will have to wait a bit longer to get their hands on WZRD’s debut album. Dot Da Genius let followers know, via Twitter, yesterday that the album is nearing completion, but the released date will have to be pushed back.

We are in the final stages of mastering but we really had to take time and pay attention to the sonics as this is new territory for us.

Dot went on to tell that the new date is “roughly” February 28th. To make up for the delay Dot Da Genius announced that “Brake” and “Teleport 2 Me” will be released on iTunes on the previous release date, January 30th (CuDi’s 28th Birthday). Even more good news followed as Dot went on to report that “Dose of Dopeness” will also be released on January 30th.

After Dot Da Genius’ WZRD update, CuDi took to Twitter to try to dispel any doubt arising from the delay:

My whole career Ive had 2 prove people wrong, WZRD will be no different. This album will finally make people believers, WE CAN DO ANYTHING ….. UN FUCK WITTABLE. I just wanna save lives….
