After 9 console exchanges, I finally have the Yellow Light of Death. I've never had that before.

Luckily, I was given an extended warranty the last time I had my console exchanged (back in August), so I can get a replacement. But the ironic thing is, I had just sent a letter out to Sony about my hassles with consoles. And I specifically mentioned the Yellow Light of Death (and never actually having it).

Hah, yeah. I was annoyed earlier. My game is still stuck in the console. People have said it takes months for them to return it. Which is highly inconvenient, as I was working on platinuming the game.
And I'm going to be set back a bit on it anyway, as I lost my data.

I think so. I've waited for it to cool down and try switching it on, but to no avail.

As I was playing, the console beeped and switched itself off, and the light started flashing red. I tried switching it back on, and it just kept switching itself back off, but just before, the light flashes yellow for a millisecond.
