Thanks! I actually bumped into this thread while i was surfing google to see if there was any news about "Dont Make Em Like You No More" yet.

And to give my two cents, I actually enjoyed Libra Scale. I didn't enjoy it as much as Year of The Gentleman though. But Libra Scale did have some good tracks like Telekinesis, One In A Million, Know Your Name, and Genuine Only. I also kind of liked What Have I Done.. but in a weird way.. LOL.

But I do agree that he needs to go back to his roots.

I liked to say I have a more biased opinion since I am a huge Ne-Yo fan.

Yeah, same here, 'm a huge fan as well. When Libra Scale came out I actually tried to listen to each song closely and follow along with the story. Was a little disappointed that he did not get to make a whole "movie" for the album though.


Here's to hoping that the next album will be something like Break Up To Make Up and The Best Part (Is You). Those tracks were dope. They were tracks I could relate to!

Yeah! I first heard "Hurt Me" when it leaked and i was like.. this is definitely for Libra Scale.. however, it didn't make the cut! Not even as a bonus track.. SMH

I've always wondered if Ne-Yo used any of the songs that he wrote for Mike and kept for himself. Even though I saw an interview where he said he would never use them, or at best probably give it to the Jacksons. Hmmmm.

I listen to Libra Scale a couple days ago and there are some underrated songs ... but not his best work. What have I done , One in a million and champagne life are gold. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
