it's pretty quick, it should take around 45, more if you're doing tris too.But you're factoring in the fact that you do a lot more weight than he does, which means your sets take longer and you need more rest in between them. He's not throwing too much weight up there so he's probably getting through his sets fast and not taking much time between them. |

I think it's cause it was on an empty stomach cuz I feel a little better. The dumbass at GnC told me to take it then. Whens the best time to take creatine you think? Pre workout or post workout |
