The main reason I write is because I got tired of waiting to hear the words I wanted people to say.

I continued because it was a way I could say anything and mask it in different ways . I am careful with what I say so I can say it in a poem in a metaphor/concept

Nowadays I write so I can get certain things out of my head, and in hopes that reading my thoughts will help me understand better why I think these thoughts

because i have tons of **** in my head and i have many stories to tell. but mainly its just my passion, thats what feel like doing best

no better therapy in the world. its like staring your thoughts and emotions right in the face

I write because honestly its one of the few things I've ever been good at.

I guess it helps clear my mind, love the feeling if someone can relate or give feed back but poetry helps me.

I think I have a skill for it, and ever since I was young I was interested in honing in on that skill and getting better.

We all have certain outlooks on things and interesting ways of portraying them and writing helps bring those qualities out.
