LMAOO I know a few of my friends who dress like this, the style is anything but new, **** you could just call it retro or whatever. If you really wanna pull of the whole skate/punk/80s revival thing just look into it, this is hipster punk people dress like, nothing more too it.

It's not really a style. It's more like a uniform or costume. Sort of like Janelle Monae and her black and white suits. He hasn't always dressed like this but it plays into his whole character and persona as a homicidal bastard teenager very well. He's a character and striped tube socks, vans, shorts, and supreme hats is his costume. At this point, you can't really pull this off without looking like a clone. Niggas wear **** similar to this all the time tho. Usually Camo or Khaki shorts with  mid to high socks and chucks or vans. At least, that's what I see a lot around here.
