left hand c sharp minor and d minor - just play the c# and d and the same keys an octave higher
right hand - just c and d

chorus
left hand f-major triad, c-major triad, f-b-d triad, c-major triad again....
right hand starts with a b c b a g, a g d..... to reinforce the sound also play this keys and the keys on the higher octave at the same time....
