Exactly. I liked what I saw in the trailer.

Looks like it has a bit of an "In Time" feel to it. Great idea, but poorly executed. I'll be seeing it regardless, I feel like my dude JGL only picks good projects.

Ah no, those are pretty delusional fans, even though I loved Brick. I would say JGL has definitely impressed in films like Mysterious Skin, The Lookout, and (of course) 50/50. But he's still relatively young and developing into a brilliant actor if this year goes well for some of his bigger films.

btw I like The Brothers Bloom much more than Brick, although they are definitely very different movies
