I have to write a paper on this for a film class...haven't seen it for a few years now. While the performances were great (especially Dillon and Cheadle), and the directing really good as well, it's just so preachy and over-the-top for me. Had me rolling my eyes on numerous occasions but I can't help but get choked up a little at the "invisible cloak" scene. It's a good movie but lawdddd how did this win Best Picture?

X-Men: First Class - B-

They did some weird things with the characters, but definitely the best X-men since the first one.
