There's no music dropping, no news in general, and all these topics are really dumb so lets talk about something random.

I was bored and after going out for lunch downtown decided to walk all the way home (live in the north end of Toronto).

Ended up in Forest Hill so on the way cutting west to my street I walked by Francisco Manderin's old place (seen in that degrassi unscripted vid)

Anyway, it's being all renovated and ****. Stuff's already been done and there's still stuff in progress

This means nothing tbh because they rented, he doesn't own it, and hasn't lived there in years, but I'm bored as **** and wanted to make a topic

Honestly, its a pretty sick (albeit a little stuck up) neighbourhood and the house is big. Makes sense the were renting it, I'm sure it costs $1M++. Without the Drake connection I'd still be more than glad to live there

Bonus points if the blue basement is still existent though of course

Just looked up rent on that street for the hell of it. The place three houses down was renting a 2 BR, 900 square feet (so probably a floor) for $1750/month
