Those last couple minutes might be the greatest scenes of acting I have ever seen

remember when the head of the cartel in mexico told gus he "not in chile anymore" ?

you think we will ever find out what exactly gus was there?

No we don't know yet. They actually brought it up again when Hank said he looked into Gus. But Hank said they couldn't find a past on him. That his records were basically erased over there.

What was telling was the Cartel didn't kill Gus because of WHO HE WAS in Chile. So that implies that Gus was somebody back there, or did something. But we never found out. I have no doubt we will get a flashback this season.

To be fair, he was shot in the stomach and recovering from a makeshift surgery.

Oh yeah, I just assumed it all happened within a week's time. But it's hard to 100% tell how much time goes by in each episode. I always just assume that for every 2-3 episodes it's a week to 2 weeks. And each season is roughly 3 months time.

And I don't remember the part you are talking about. When did an actor talk about getting squished through a chain link fence? I'm going to guess that the answer to your question is no. I don't think anyone in this scene pops up again later in the show.
