Kanye To The: Kanye West

So i was trying to upgrade from vista home to windows 7 home today off of a dvd, but on the last step of the installation, it has frozen. Nothing has moved for hours. Heres a picture.



the mouse is stuck at the top left hand corner. I have tried leaving the installation but an error message pops up and doesnt let me. What should i do?

Start it up again. That's your only choice, it seems. I always had problems with the "upgrade" thing. I usually just do a  clean install and it leaves everything from your previous version on your hard drive in a file called windows.old.

I don't know if there's something specifically that you have to do for it to do that or if it just does that automatically. Google it I guess.
