i think zoroark is extremely likely. he was pushed heavy prior to gen 5's release, very similarly to lucario, who we all know ended up on brawl.

Welp, this was fun. I tried to do this with as little bias as possible (I want Bowser Jr. over Toad, Victini over Zoroark). I also tried to make it with some cohesion so it looks legit.
