Man, I want this book so bad. The concept of it just sounds so brilliant, and I'd love to see Lupe apply his ability with words to a full novel. Any ideas when it will be out/whether it ever will? Last thing we heard was in 2008 right?

excerpts were printed on a european magazine, can't think of the name. it was a couple years ago. i tried tracking it down once. the website for the mag. sells old issues but not of that one, it has sold out. lupe was actually featured twice in that magazine so if anyone finds them make sure you're getting the right one....i wish i could remember the name of the magazine
