I'm moving into a new apartment in about 2 months, and I need some ideas on how to make my room look fresh as ****. I've already got a bed and a TV, but all of my other furniture is replaceable. Also, I need some wall decor/dope **** to put around the room. Give me some suggestions and links, but try to keep it reasonable. I am a college kid after all.

I've got six record album frames with a bunch of old Hip Hop albums that I can swap out.

In my room, my back wall opposite of my window is filled with records. The side with the window has all of my electronics and speakers. I'll take a pic.

Ok. Cop an area rug to set a color scheme for your room then buy furniture that matches. I bought some modern sleek couches and chairs from Ikea which has some cool **** for cheap. Buy a full length mirror for swag checks. Get a speaker system. Put up some shelves and put whatever books you have on them along w/ the speaker system. Keep sure to keep it minimal and modern.

I already have a platform bed frame and nightstand picked out from Ikea actually, haha. I was planning on getting black furniture and a red area rug to put on my floor and then just having a red accent throughout. Mirror is definitely a must. And i already have a stereo/record player with speakers to put in there.
