something i dont understand is beenox (who i think are only a small studio) made the last spiderman game (which was released like 9 months ago) how the hell have they managed to get this game ready in 9 months?

They took the majority of the team to do this after Shattered Dimensions, while a small team did Edge of Time. Plus they already prototypes for a game for Spider Man 4 game, so they used assets from Spider 4 for this

I don't care that they're copying from the Arkham series because the **** that spiderman games were doing before DID NOT ****ING WORK. So its better that they copy from a series that has little to no flaws than for them to try to make a game that is flat out ****.
