2. Best new comer must of singed up on the site on/after January 1st.
3. To be nominated as best rapper/producer you don't have a album out, but at least have contributed to the section since January 1st
4. Nomination start today and end on June 9th
5. People who get the most nominations will be considered for a award
6. Since this is a Kanye West fan site we must have big egos, so you can nominate your self
7. No ****ing if don't get nominated
8. Must have 2 or more Noms to be considered for an award(unless they're was 3 or less people nominated for an award)
