The identity of Jews, I'd say, is the vaguest blend of religion and ethnicity

More on that later, but I feel like its relevant to the perception of their people

I love Jews

Historically they have been scapegoats for a few reasons

They are often viewed as wealthy, yet dishonest and greedy, and and they have been accused of gaining their money in bad ways (one thing hitler blamed them for)

Some believe that they killed jesus

In the bible they basically went around killing people because god told them to

The middle easterners hate them because they basically stole back isreal from the palestinians, and have been considered the bullies of the middle east

So basically its a mix of people hating them because the jewish faith considers jews as the chosen ones, and because of historical misconceptions

The jews arent innocent of everything people hate them for, isreal has a history of being jackasses

Like 90 percent of jews live in isreal, the rest in america, because those are the two countries where they arent persecuted

1. The Jews are responsible for the death of Christ.
2. Jews engage in blood libel and drink the blood of Gentile children at Passover.
3. Jews have used the Holocaust to justify their own persecution of the Palestinians.
4. The Jews control Western media, entertainment and most large financial institutions.
5. Jews are insular, secretive and non-proselytising. This engenders much suspicion.
6. The Jews have done well for themselves regardless of their minority position or persecution. This engenders much suspicion.
7. Jews wield a large amount of influence on domestic politics in the US (AIPAC etc.)
