Pippen was easily the best defensive player in the league at one point, and routinely checked the best player on the perimeter once he developed into an all star. There's more to being dominant than putting up 50 point games, and there's a reason he's listed as one of the 50 greatest players to ever play the game.

I think it's a general consensus that the 60s was a weak era in the nba, and even then he only managed to get 2 championships. mj on the other hand in one of the nba's toughest eras and completely dominated winning all the championships of the 90's while he was in the league. Wilt's still top 10 though

weak? the 60s were probably the roughest in terms of defense especially for a big man if anything, and wilt still managed to put up incredible numbers. You realize wilt was facing off against the nba's greatest winner in bill russell, so the 2 chips isn't a surprise. Wilt is top 3, there will never be another wilt chamberlain, wilt changed the game so much just so other players could have a chance its ridiculous to not put him in the talks.
