It is the story of a Lamboghini car thief (Scott Mescudi) who falls for a beautiful Arabic girl (most likely Razane Jammal) whose father (most likely Ali Suliman) will let them marry if he can help her see. I don't think Mercy and Theraflu are the right kind of songs for Ye's films. I watch Runaway fairly often and every song on there is really deep. I can't see Ye putting his high art vibe to the line: "Lamborghini Mercy, your chick, she so thirsty. I'm in that two seat Lambo with your girl, she tryna jerk me." Not exactly the same level (lyrically) as the MBDTF songs in Runaway. |
