Your post was great till I read this.

Even the games when Rose has played he's played injured. That's why he's been out so long, because him playing injured has worsened his injury. One injury plagued season doesn't automatically put Westbrook ahead of rose. Westbrook came into this season as the 4th best point guard behind Deron Williams. If anything this season puts him ahead of Deron.

Westrbrooks only problem is he isn't as mature as Rose. When he gets more mature with his game he can be better then rose. The only thing that makes Rose better is that he is the #1 offensive threat on that team and with that he's gonna grow faster. So with that i pick Westbrook to be a more prolific scorer but Rose as a better closer and legendary player.

Again I agree. Westbrook will be the more prolific scorer. But even as the second option on his team Westbrook takes a hella lot of shots

Without Rose we are 12-7. With him we are 31-5.

So what are you talking about? Yes we would probably be the 4th or 5th seed in the east if he hadn't played all season. But his impact is obvious.

Okay you got me on that one. But as a team i would take the thunder over the bulls anyday in a playoffs series. The bulls can be shut down more easy in a 7 game series

As the second option of his team westbrook averages 19.3 attempts per game and rose averages 18.1 as the first option. Kevin Durant avg 19.5.

And ever since 2009 his attempt per game ahve diminished because westbrook wants to bet he leader fo the team, when he is no where the player KD is.

The Thunder have 3 scorers and that's it. If you shut down ONE of them they loose the game. They have no other option in the scoring section, and can't play defense if their shots aren't falling certain nights.

first of all, westbrook is stupid as ****. he takes MORE shots than durant. does chalmers take more shots than lebron? no.

durant is the best scorer on the thunder and pretty much the best scorer in the league this season. westbrook has a ego complex and tries to be the hero. he needs to realize he's robin and that durant is batman.

you can't say rose takes a lot of shots too cause really, who the **** else is going to score? boozer? deng? noah? no. they can only do so much.

can you imagine if westbrook played with lebron and took more shots than lebron? that would be stupid as ****

i give props to durant for having patience with westbrook, and not going off when westbrook takes stupid shots. durant clearly deserves mvp.

the only person who is stopping durant from winning mvp isn't lebron, it's westbrook.

Rose is a better game manager. Doesn't take nearly as many dumb shots and when he does its because of the lack of ability from his teammates to create their own shots so he has to jack up a lot with time running down. He has a better jump shot. I'd say athletically they are the same and defensively about the same.

Westbrook is much better defensively.Thats not even close.As far as shooting goes Westbrook is better from the 3 and overall field goal percentage.I would agree that they're similar athletically.Rose is a bit faster,Westbrook more powerful.
