Yeah it's pretty cool. I've used Norton, AVG, and Avira.

MSE is better though?

MSE is much less intrusive, and, since it's integrated in 8, I have no reason to use anything else. Avira is still pretty good.

When does Windows 8 come out?

Probably October. The beta is out now.

it works in the background so well.
i forget i have it except when it updates
Might switch tbh. Avira has this stupid ass ad pop up everytime I log in and it gets annoying.

I want to test Windows 8 but I don't have a system to test it on.

My Windows 7 CD is at home and I'm at Uni and I can't be bothered with the task of backing up all my files for the transition to Windows 8.

I know, I get why people buy Mac's. You look past the overpriced hardware, unhealthy focus on aesthetics, hipster image and you have some very good qualities.
Mac customer service is excellent, the exclusive Mac software is great for certain fields and uses but I can't stand the front they push that they're software and systems are invincible.
mac is much more user friendly

Not really, most people are integrated into using Windows from a young age so it's second nature to use Windows on a computer.

There's a difference between trojans, worms, and viruses. Technically macs can get any one of them but yes the small market share makes a difference but so does the UNIX kernel which is more difficult to infect. So apple's marketing isn't wrong in anyway and they really haven't used that type of marketing recently. But it does set up a bit for customers to not be aware of the dangers. There is also a built in anti-malware list in mac OSX. Things will start to get even better with sanboxed apps from the app store.

at an early age is the key word. Anyone can pick up a mac and learn the basics in a day

Vast majority of schools and businesses use Windows.

Not true, both have similar learning curves. You don't have to update drivers when you start using a PC. Who does that?
Is surfing the web hard to do on a PC? Turn on, press start, click IE.
