 Call of Duty: Black Ops II is the cover story in the June issue of The Official PlayStation Magazine UK. In the magazine’s 10 page feature the below details and screenshots for the blockbuster first person shooter were revealed. -Facial detail has been taken to a whole new level -Environmental textures are far more complex -New lighting technology -A live horse was used for the full performance motion capturing process -REM or Rare Earth Materials are central to the USA vs China conflict in Black Ops II -Expect twice as many zombies -Improvements to narrative -Flashback missions take you to Afghanistan -New mission types bring sandbox gameplay to Call of Duty for the first time -David Mason, son of Alex Mason, will be playable -Multiplayer has been stripped back to its core -Depending on your choices during campaign mode your ending may differ The choice to make the jump to a future cold war in Call of Duty: Black Ops II was decided ‘from the beginning’, according to Treyarch studio head, Mark Lamia.
