I'm curious:

This is the second list I've seen with no 'B.O.B' on it, after Pitchfork named it the best song of the decade. Did these publications just look at Pitchfork's list and make an concentrated effort to do the exact opposite? How is 'B.O.B' #1 on one list, and nowhere to be found on other ones? Usually these lists are consistent.

Most of these songs were pretty successful. Considering B.O.B didn't even chart on the Billboard 100 is probably why most lists don't include it over Outkasts more successful and bigger songs.
