How would a used Grad vinyl even be worthless

The difference between the Otis vinyl and the grad vinyl, is that, even if both of them are fake, the Otis one looks great. I will never pay for a grad vinyl, except if I can get de full artwork and everything. Anybody can make a vinyl anyway. In the end, im buying kanye's vinyl because they look great.
